Covid Safety Information

Here at M.A.R.V.O the safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority. Here's what we're doing to help keep everyone safe.

The M.A.R.V.O Difference

We have duplicate copies of our M.A.R.V.O Induction game that we will alternate, this means you will always play in a fully cleaned and freshly ventilated game room.

Single Households Only

We are currently only open to groups from a single household/bubble.

Increased Cleaning

We have increased our cleaning schedule and are disinfecting all surfaces, objects, puzzles and touch points between EVERY game.

Sanitising Stations

We ask all teams to wash their hands and use the provided hand-sanitiser before and after the game.


Our venue is fully ventilated with fresh air and extraction. All our escape rooms will be ventilated with fresh air during each game.

Face Coverings

Face masks must be worn in all common areas of the venue. You can remove your masks during the game as we have full ventilation and it's only you and your household in the game room.

Feeling Unwell

Please DO NOT visit if you're feeling unwell or have covid symptoms. We have relaxed our cancellation policy and we will be able to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.


All of our staff will keep a safe distance from you to give briefings. We kindly ask that you maintain social distancing with our team who will be there to assist you before and after the game.
All games must be booked in advance and payment made online. Extra players can pay on the day using contactless payment, they must be in the same single household/bubble as your group.
Face masks must be worn in common areas of the venue, you can remove your mask during the game if you wish. However, there are several reasons in line with Access and Equality that would mean individuals cannot wear face coverings, please contact us in advance to discuss this.
If you do not have your own face mask, they can be purchased on our website when booking your game or on arrival.
We have relaxed our cancellation policy and we will be able to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
If you become ill or have Covid symptoms please contact us as soon as possible and do not attend.
